The University of Health Sciences believes that international agreements should build on the academic standing of the two collaborating universities. The collaboration should enhance each institution’s competitive advantage in the discipline as well as their international standing, while nurturing outstanding research that leads faculty and students to rigorous scholarly and professional training in an international setting.
MOU declares an intent to explore opportunities to collaborate in areas that would be mutually beneficial to each institution. MOUs may lead to more specific activities and goals, which could then be expressed in the form of a MOA.

By the regulation of Academic Colloboration Protocol (Memorandum of Understanding) with our University, persons that will come from the Universites / Institutions as a guest student for undergraduate, graduate and medical specialty program or as an expert for studying in the academic units of our University, application and research centers and training and research hospitals affiliated with University of Health Sciences in order to carry out the education, clerekship or their research should complete the following prosedures in advance for preventing of any negations.
1-Submission of the request letter to the University, which clearly indicates the type of training to be provided together with the transcript showing the educational level of candidates.
2-Candidates must have sufficient knowledge of Turkish and or English in order to be able to carry out educational activities and necessery to declare their documentes indicating their eligibility during tha application.
3-Declaration of the Official Student document which shows the program in which the candidates are registered in their home university as an Undergraduate, Master, Doctorate and Specialty in Medicine).
4-After the approval of the University and / or Training and Research Hospital, which will be given education, the procedures will be initiated. You will receive an acceptance letter by University of Health Sciences in order to apply for visa to Turkish Embassy / Consulate.
Additional matters: University of Health Sciences warmly welcomes all students coming to study under exchange programmes. Students who would like to study at our university have to complete following some procedures.

Transcript of Records: The documents with the list of courses taken and the credits gained at your university. Please provide official documents in English Language and signed by the home university.
Please submit application before June 30st for Fall Semester and November 30th for Spring Semester for undergraduate education programs.
The application form will be processed within one month. Then you will be received an acceptance letter via email.
Every semester, the International Office organizes an Orientation Days and a Registration Day for Incoming Exchange Students. All the nominated students must participate to those events to complete their school preperation within two days. On the Registration Day Incoming Students must be present in Istanbul to be able to complete their school registration.
