Gulhane Faculty of Health Sciences offers undergraduate education and training activities within 9 programs and also helps postgraduate education at Gulhane Institute of Health Sciences. About Program
Program Qualification Level
Our program provides opportunities for diversified academic and clinical experiences outside the classroom. In the creation of the academic curriculum, not only the audiology programs that pioneered in the field of audiology in our country were examined, but also the suggestions of the internationally important organizations such as ASHA (American Speech-Hearing Association) and ARA (Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology) were examined.
Audiology Undergraduate Program; Higher Education Qualifications Framework to Turkey (TYYÇ) by education level is level 6 is located in the Basic Health Area.
Objectives of the Program
The aim of the program is to train qualified audiologists who respect human rights, are innovative, adhere to ethical values, have high communication and problem-solving skills, have the ideal of lifelong learning and teaching, have a scientific entrepreneurial spirit and a multidisciplinary approach.

Length and Process of the Program
The education period is 8 semesters.
Students who successfully complete all the courses of the department in accordance with the provisions of the Health Sciences University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulations, fulfill all the requirements of the program and have an overall academic achievement grade of 2.00 or higher are entitled to receive a diploma. For graduation, at least 240 ECTS credits are required to be 30 ECTS in one academic semester.
Application to the Program, Registrations and Admission by Transfer
Student admission to our university's undergraduate programs for Turkish students; Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) is conducted by the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS).
For Foreign Students; In order to be able to study at the departments of our university, those who have graduated or who are able to graduate from a school equivalent to Turkish high schools can apply with the internationally valid exam results and diplomas specified in the Health Sciences University Associate and Bachelor's Degree in the Directive for Selection and Placement of Foreign or Foreign Students.
