Our Duties
- The seamless operation of the EDMS used in the official correspondence of our University is ensured for its users.
- Processes related to EDMS system administration (such as user operations, accounts, authorization groups, access rights, role operations, institutional announcements, system settings, and workflows) are carried out by system administrators.
- Problems encountered in the operation of the EDMS are resolved, and in cases where issues cannot be resolved internally, the service provider is contacted to produce a joint solution.
- Requests received from units regarding the operation of the EDMS via telephone, e-mail, or individual face-to-face communication are evaluated by EDMS System Administrators, and EDMS procedures are carried out for all administrative and academic personnel.
- All types of "User Operations" related to "User Accounts" on the EDMS are performed by system administrators. New user registrations are created in the EDMS, and user registration and deactivation procedures are carried out in cases such as unit transfers, departures from a unit, position, or institution.
- Support is provided via telephone or in person to EDMS users who encounter problems related to usage (such as document preparation, document dispatch, document search, and changes in the interface).
- Suggestions, requests, and complaints received regarding the operation of the EDMS are reviewed; changes deemed necessary are communicated to the service provider, and after the required controls and reviews are conducted by system administrators, their implementation into the system is ensured.
- Situations such as the establishment of new units, merging of units, and closure of units are reflected in the EDMS.
- Training requests received from units regarding the EDMS and electronic signature are evaluated, and the necessary training sessions are provided.

Goal
Our goal is to develop and strengthen the necessary systemic infrastructure to ensure the effective, efficient, and transparent utilization of the resources of our institution, which holds the distinction of being Türkiye's first health-themed university.
To meet the requirements for the software, hardware, and services needed to benefit from advancing information technologies at the highest level, to establish their integration with the existing system, and to ensure their continuity.
