Our Responsibilities

  • To guide the strategic plan preparation work.
  • To ensure the active participation of spending units in the strategic planning process.
  • To approve the Strategic Planning Team in the strategic plan preparation work.
  • To approve the Strategic Plan Preparation Program in the strategic plan preparation work.
  • To oversee the main stages and outputs of the process in the strategic plan preparation work.
  • To discuss and resolve unresolved issues in the strategic plan preparation work.
  • To evaluate and finalize the alternative drafts of mission, vision, and core values as well as the draft objectives and goal cards in the strategic plan preparation work.
  • To hold monitoring and evaluation meetings following the preparation of the monitoring and evaluation results of the strategic plan and performance programs.
